Given that we know real healing begins when people start to feel "heard" who better to hold witness to your story than another Indigenous person, someone who will listen with respect and honour your story, someone who will use a combination of learned therapeutic techniques and traditional Indigenous teachings to guide you on your personal journey to healing.
